Led by experienced aerial instructors we’ll move through poses that decompress the spine challenge the core and leave you feeling grounded and weightless at once.

Is Aerial Yoga only for girls?
Not at all! Aerial Yoga is for everyone—men and women both. It’s about strength flexibility and balance. All are welcome!
Do I need to be flexible or experienced?
You don’t need prior experience. The session includes foundational poses with options to level up if you're more confident or experienced. Everyone goes at their own pace.
Is there a weight limit?
Yes. Our hammocks are designed to support up to 120–130 kg safely. Safety is our priority.
What should I wear?
Fitted workout clothes are ideal—leggings full-length tops and no zippers or jewelry are recommended. Comfort + safety is the goal.
What if I’ve done Aerial Yoga before—will it be too basic?
Not at all! While we’ll cover the basics our instructor will offer advanced variations for those who are ready. It’s a shared space for all levels.
